Sussannah Anderson (Susie) has been established as one of the U.K's top Western trainers for nearly 30 years.

Starting her career with English Eventers, she was lucky enough to train with the likes of Lars Sederholm and Yogi Bresner. Over the years with them she trained and competed at a high level.

Susie's passion for Western riding and Quarter Horses was soon to take over from her English background when she joined the team at Sterling Quarter Horses in Sussex, working her way up from a groom to a competitive rider and trainer. She also took the opportunity to train in the United States with Jackie Kruska to further her experience and career. Upon returning to England, Susie started her own training yard, and now runs a successful business in Mayfield, East Sussex.

Susie, who is approved by the Western Equestrian Society (WES),  trains and teaches all levels on a daily basis, year round, and is fortunate to have dedicated staff and excellent facilities. She also competes regularly on the home and European show circuit, and was also proud to be the Youth Team Coach for several years.

 Susie was chosen to compete on the British Team at the F.E.I European Reining Championships in Italy in September 2003 

She has now attained her Level 3 UK Coaching Certificate.
